Unwanted Products & Cancellations

As the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, we regret to inform customer that we are unable to refund the initial payment as the order would have been processed and payment have been paid in advance to our suppliers. We urge all customers to scrutinise all terms and conditions before signing the Confirmation Note.

Defective Items

Every effort is made to pack our products in order to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if the product arrives damaged, or with defects, or is not what you have ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a partial refund as appropriate, provided both parties acknowledge the specifications of the product have not been met totally.
