All delivery charges to only one Singapore address would be gladly absorbed by Ilovegifts.sg if the sale amount is more than $1,000. However, if customer needs to deliver to more than one address or to foreign address, an additional surcharge would be levied for the additional transportation and freight cost .

We strive to deliver your order before the dateline and will do our utmost to ensure that the goods arrive in pristine condition. Once the goods arrive in our warehouse, we will contact the customer for the earliest possible delivery of the goods so that prior inspection can be conducted by you.

We ship to almost all countries worldwide and have competitive prices for road and air services to most parts of the world. For air shipments to countries like America, Canada & the Far East, we will contact you first to discuss the various delivery and pricing options.

We will always seek to quote competitive pricing with you first before finalising the order or taking payment. Please bear in mind that some destinations may be subject to customs charges. All additional surcharges, eg duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer.
